So I then googled for an answer to this problem and it sent me to a link to get registrybooster from Uniblue which was also reviewed well so I paid for and downloaded it. Then I got an app error for alcxmnter.exe after rebooting my computer. I paid for and downloaded the software and it updated my realtek 97 driver. I got a failure to initialize properly app error for sndvol32.exe so I googled for an answer and got a link to driverscanner from Uniblue which said it was recommended by major geeks, cnet and other sites.
